BLM: Wyoming working to fulfill Trump energy agenda

RAWLINS – With a very different energy agenda in the administration of President Donald Trump than his predecessor, the Bureau of Land Management in Wyoming is ready to adapt to those changes.

That’s according to Duane Spencer, BLM of Wyoming deputy state director for minerals and lands, who spoke Wednesday during the 2017 BLM Industry and Government Conference in Rawlins.
