Wyoming Business Council hires Broadband Manager

The Wyoming Business Council has hired Russell Elliott, a business operations professional and telecommunications expert with an M.B.A, as the new Broadband Manager for the state of Wyoming. 

“I am thrilled to be coming to the state of Wyoming to assist in building a successful, expanded broadband program,” Elliott said. “Broadband is no longer a luxury; it is a basic necessity, and it will be our job to champion that, from the downtown municipalities to the most remote parts of the state.”   

Elliott earned his Bachelors of Business Administration from Fort Lewis College and his M.B.A. from Colorado State University. He began his career in the tourism industry, then led business development for multiple startup technology companies in Colorado, and later led an international training company.
